什么是拉曼?

       当光照射在一个物体上时,人眼能看到的绝大部分反射光与照射光的颜色相同,但极少量反射光的颜色相对于入射光颜色发生了一定程度的偏移,这个偏移部分的反射光称为拉曼散射光。这部分拉曼散射光与物体的化学成分密切相关,它们的颜色及强度反应了物体的成分及含量,因而拉曼散射技术可以用于物质成分分析。由于拉曼散射信号微弱,只有高灵敏度的探头配上窄带拉曼激光器和高灵敏度的光谱仪才能检测物质的多种微弱成分含量。本公司开发的拉曼生物过程分析仪,可用于实时在线量化分析生物化学过程中的物质成分含量,为改善工艺、提高产量和降低生产成本提供可靠的数据参考,是智能生物制造的重要工具。
