Single Channel Raman
Single Channel Raman

The single channel analyzer launched by SubPhotonics  utilizes the rich information contained in Raman spectroscopy to test and analyze the structure and composition of substances, used for testing and analyzing biomass with background fluorescence, while reducing the interference of background fluorescence while maintaining the performance of strong sample Raman signals. This single channel analyzer monitors the fermentation/cell culture process of a bioreactor through a single probe.

The single channel analyzer enables on-site testing of biomass and biochemical reaction processes through the use of fiber optic probes. It can analyze and test substances including algae components (chlorophyll, carotenoids, polysaccharides, etc.), cell nutrients and products (sugars, lactic acid, alcohol, various amino acids, etc.) during cell/bacterial culture and fermentation. Its characteristic is that the sample does not need to be labeled, and multiple components can be measured simultaneously with fast speed, enabling on-site online real-time detection.
